Please note that domain registrations and renewals are final and cannot be reversed once completed. Additionally, if a service includes a free domain and is canceled, the standard domain rate will be deducted from the refund.
Our Money-Back Guarantee for hosting services allows you to cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund, applicable only to fees paid for the initial hosting term.
Renewals are automatically processed to prevent service interruptions. You’ll receive a 15-day advance notice before renewal, and to prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel via your MVS Hosting Solutions dashboard.
To initiate a cancellation, use the online form in your dashboard, ensuring the removal of all files and emails from our servers. You’ll receive a confirmation email upon processing your request.
